Will The World End On May 21 2011?

May 18, 2011 46 comments

Will the world end on May 21st, 2011 as prophesied by Harold Camping?

As we get closer to the day, I’m getting more comments on this blog and my email box is filling with panicked readers.

And I don’t use the word lightly.

Will the world end on May 21st?

No. It will not.

In fact, I stake my personal reputation on it.

End Of Days Prediction

I predict that soon Harold Camping will experience his own “end of days” very suddenly, leaving behind many angry believers.

Choose Your Focus!

My Mother taught me as a child to not to focus on fear or death. She said that we were put on earth to embrace life and live it to the fullest. That’s what I try to do and encourage you reading this to do the same.

I genuinely hope that this will be the last failed “end of days” prophesy that panics believers.

Sincerely,

Blair Robertson

How To Turn Debt Into Wealth

March 27, 2011 15 comments

We live in tough economic times. Almost every reading I have given this month had concerns with finances–some in absolute dire straits.

I’ve been there. I’ve been close to bankruptcy once in my life, and the other time was due to a divorce that put me in financial peril.

I’m NOT a financial advisor. But I did learn a system from a guy named John Cummuta that can get you out of debt remarkably quickly.

In fact it will shave off years of payments and for some people, can get you out of all debts (even your mortgage!) in 5 to 7 years!

The First Step

First and foremost, you’ve got to stop the financial hemorrhaging! You’ve got to stop buying on credit. From today forward, you’ve got to pay in cash and if you don’t have the cash, you’ve got to go without. You simply can’t afford to buy on credit!

Next…

You need to create a “debt accelerator” as it’s called. This is an extra amount of cash you can add to the minimum payments due. If you are only just making the minimum payments, you’ll need to do something to generate some extra cash. It could mean selling something (years ago I sold a guitar for $1000. It hurt, but I did it). It could mean getting a part time job. Whatever. Let’s just say that you’ve got an extra $100 a month.

From there, you start paying off your debts. And NOT the “traditional” way of the highest interest rate first. NO. You pay off the debt with the lowest amount of payments left.

Here’s what you do. You list each debt and just forget the interest rate. Simply put down the debt and the minimum payment for each debt. Divide the amount owing by the minimum payment to calculate how many months it will take to pay off your loan currently.

An example:

1. Car loan $12000.00 Minimum Payment: $300 Total Months: 40
2. Credit Card $4000.00 Minimum Payment: $110 Total Months: 36.3

To put it in perspective, we add up the months and we get 76.3 months to pay off your debts! Or, 6.13 years!

Let’s Slam That Down!

So here’s the system that I learned and put into use. I stopped using my credit, started paying cash for everything and added my extra cash to my payments in the following manner: my “target” was the lowest payment in terms of months. In this example, this would be the 36.3 months.

So, in this example, we’ll pay the MINIMUM on ALL debts EXCEPT the lowest monthly one, to which we’ll add the “debt accelerator” to. Again, in this example we’ll pay $110.00 PLUS the extra $100.00 for a total of $210.00 a month.

By doing this, we pay off the first debt in 19 months (compared to 36 months)!

Then what? Well, now you’ve got an extra $210 a month that you can apply to your next debt! Adding $210 on top of the $300 a month gives you a snowball effect of slamming $510 a month down. You’d pay the debt off in 23 months!

Let’s add the two together: 23 months plus 19 months equals 42 months… which saves you nearly three years in debt payments.

Again, this is just an example and it’s certainly oversimplified, but it’s enough to give you the idea what you can do with a very simple tweak in thinking and with only a very modest extra amount of cash.

The cool part is that it doesn’t matter how many debts you have, or the amount because the system works fast. The more debts you have, the more powerful that snowball “accelerator” becomes!

The Original And Best System.

The original and best teacher of this is a guy named John Cummuta. He created this (and it’s been knocked off by other television, radio and book authors). When I got it it was on tape cassette. Today, he’s improved the system and I HIGHLY recommend you get it. It’s cheap and will give you everything you need to pay off all your debts in 5-7 years max.

Check out John Cummuta’s Debt Into Wealth . It’s the original system and it works.

Sincerely,

Blair Robertson

Blair Robertson: The Early Years…

March 22, 2011 16 comments

I made up my mind to become a magician the day my great uncle made a coin go through my Mother’s dining room table.

My great uncle taught me the coin trick and how to remove the end of my finger. Later he taught me how to cut a string in two and put it back together and some very cool card tricks. I quickly became quite well known for a kid in grade one!

I was terribly shy. And unlike virtually all my friends, I had no interest in any sports. Discovering and mastering magic tricks gave me confidence and allowed me to be different and, like the magic books promised, I got to be the “life of the party.” And more importantly, I got to talk to… girls!

I remember holding the Canadian silver dollar that he used to put through the table and crying at his funeral. I still have it today.

Although I didn’t realize it at the time, my grandfather also had a profound influence in my life. He gave me a deck of Tarot cards that seemed to just “speak to me.” He talked to me about the other side, intuition and the psychic world in general. He showed me how to read tea leaves, something he was quite known for.

But I was young and a know-it-all. Psychic stuff was interesting and the cards and stuff looked cool, but I wanted to be a magician and was single-minded. Granda’s last words to me were, “you have everything you need, here,” pointing to my heart.

The Magician

Most kids love summer. I hated it as it was two months of doing nothing. My friends all did sports, but I had no interest. In 1978 that all changed when my Mother won ten free passes to the Canadian National Exhibition and free food. So, with a bit of money for the bus I was off to the CNE.

I’ll never forget the sign: Free Family Magic Show–6 Shows A Day! And so, for ten days straight I went and watched every single show The Great Diijon performed. He soon noticed me and invited me backstage and told me that I reminded him of himself as a young kid watching Blackstone the magician.

He hired me to help him! I was in heaven! But over the next few years, something interesting happened. I quickly discovered that while the audience was thrilled at sawing a woman in half, the levitation, the hilarious guillotine routine… who do you think packed and carried all that stuff? Yes, that’s right. Me. And that stuff weighs a TON!

But nothing would discourage me. Diijon encouraged me to become a psychic and a hypnotist. He told me stories of the old vaudeville mindreaders and hypnotists who traveled with NO equipment. That was nice, but… I wanted to be a magician.

Two Events Change My Path

I invented a mysterious sounding stage name: Robb Merlin. With advice from my friend, I went down to the library and looked up the old newspapers which were then on microfiche. I’d go back four years and pick out the birth notices and send out cards to parents of kids who were about to turn five years old. I’d book birthday party shows on weekends. Sometimes up to four parties! I was quite the young businessman.

At 14 years old I was in business doing parties for a staggering $45 a show. I did this for a couple of years, lugging my big magic box on the buses, subways and streetcars in Toronto.

Then it happened. One miserable winter day, I’m standing at the bus stop the bus ended up being half an hour late. Worse, I stepped in a huge puddle and my feet were soaked and cold.

I traveled half way across the city and the last bus drops me off at the wrong stop. I had to lug my heavy trunk about a mile to the party. The mother was upset because the kids thought Robb Merlin wasn’t going to come. She made me take off my shoes and socks because they were soaking wet. Standing in front of a bunch of kids soaked and exhausted I thought to myself, “I’m done.” Strike one.

My theater arts teacher Miss Lindenberg asked me to do some magic for the school as she often would, but pointed out that I was repeating the same tricks and needed something new.

Sidebar: It takes ages to learn tricks like the linking rings well. It took me months of practice to create the illusion of one ring melting through another. And that’s the problem. The routine on stage is only 3 minutes. The students were bored seeing me do it again and again.

So, I went to my magician friend and he encouraged me to use what I had: my intuition to do psychic readings from the stage and finish by doing stage hypnosis. He taught me the basics and outlined the show for me.

The Hypnotist And Mindreader

I was terrified. I was sick backstage. Could barely stand on my rubber legs. The thought of walking out on stage without a magic trick as a crutch scared the daylights out of me.

To be honest, I barely recall doing the show. It’s a blur. I called out names, dates, places and numbers that meant something to the audience members. I did a prediction that stunned them. I invited kids up onto the stage to hypnotize and hypnotize them I did! (My friends were amazed, but nobody was more amazed than me!). It went over HUGE.

For the remainder of the time I spent in high school, I was constantly reading palms, doing psychometric readings and giving predictions. I got booked to do other high schools as a hypnotist and that was the beginning of my “showbiz” career… performing without having to lug boxes around with nothing but my mind and some audience volunteers. Just like in vaudeville!

Have I given up magic? Not at all. In fact, I usually start my stage shows with a trick or two. It’s fun, builds tremendous rapport and trust with the audience which ultimately helps with readings and hypnosis.

I’m grateful for magic and the confidence it gave me. It’s a terrific hobby that can provide hours of pleasure.

Shhhh. Want to know how magicians levitate a lady?

Can you keep a secret?

So can I!

Psychic Blair Robertson Answers Your Questions

Ask Psychic Blair RobertsonThis is the final edition of Blair Robertson’s Free Question And Answer Column. Here are the last of the randomly chosen questions from the mailbag. Enjoy.

Q. Seem to have lost my wallet…any ideas?? J.W.

A. I don’t have the gift of being able to find lost objects, unfortunately. I hope you find it.

Q. Hi Blair: will I ever find true love or should I plan on being alone? anne c.

A. You will, but your attitude is “off” at the moment. It won’t be long before you shake this attitude and you’ll be on course. Don’t plan on being alone. You attract what you think about, so ditch that crappy attitude, okay? :-)

Q. Will my son who just completed a masters in counseling psychology, find a good job soon? Thanks, Blair!

A. I can see him in a good job in 2011. It won’t come fast, though, so be careful not to set your expectations so high and cause yourself disappointment. It’s coming. Not as fast as YOU want, but it’s coming. :-)

Q. How soon will I get pregnant? Jessica

A. If my intuition is right–and I think it is–pee on a strip today and let us all know!!!

Q. Hey Blair! Hope your doing well! Will my dad find out about my piercings? If so, when? K.K.

A. Yes, he will find out. He’ll “hear” about it soon from someone. You’ll find he won’t be happy about the piercings, but worse, he’ll be disappointed that you did it behind his back. You value him enough to be worried, but you don’t value him enough to keep him in the loop. My suggestion is that you work on building that trust back up. He loves you and cares for you more than you can imagine. He wants the best for you. Don’t blow it by sneaking around and doing stuff you know will piss him off. He deserves better. Right?

Q. Hi Blair :) I love reading your blogs ! My question for you was how long do you see me and my boyfriend staying together? We’re both in highschool, I’m in grade 11 and he’s a year older so I know we’re both young but we both feel our relationship is very good most of the time, do you know if we’ll always be together? Thanks so much :) Emilia

A. It looks very promising but it’s too early to tell. He’s lucky to have you! :-)

Q. Hi Blair. I live in Christchurch New Zealand and have been fairly freaked out by the earthquake we had in sept.2010, there is talk of us having another around Feb or March this time much bigger and also a tsunami!!! Do you see this happening? Thanks Linda

A. I didn’t (and haven’t) predict the March earthquake. I only predicted the September one. I post my predictions here on my blog and if I sense one you’ll be the first to know. At the moment, I don’t see anything for New Zealand.

Q. I am recently divorced after a 20+ year relationship, Do you see another long term relationship happening anytime soon? Andrew

A. I absolutely do, Andrew. But you’ve got a bit of healing to do. I’ve been there myself, and it’s a rather ugly process to go through, no two-ways about it. You are well on your way. But make sure you heal first. Don’t rush. That’s my very best advice. And you, like me, will indeed find a great new relationship. I did, and believe you will too.

Q. Hi Blair, I found my dream home and have my current home up for sale, but the market is sooo quiet. Will I sell and get my dream home soon? Sandra

A. Hey Sandra? I’m getting a block here. I’m sensing a disagreement of some sort, which tells me that you have likely not taken some good advice about something. I have to confess it’s not clear to *me*, but *you* know what I’m talking about, and that’s really all that matters. If it’s not the price being too high, then there’s something that needs to be done (paint, repair, etc.) that’s the block. Your house should sell once that block is removed. Best of luck!

Q. Blair, I was sorry to hear of the passing of your dog. You did a mp3 reading for me in the summer and he disturbed the reading when he came in and went under your desk. You apologized but I thought it was adorable. He obviously meant a lot to you. My question is, do dogs go to the other side as well? Love and light, Annabelle.

A. Thank you. Pokie absolutely did mean the world to me. He was a good boy. Yes, they do cross over and do reunite with their masters, no doubt about it. While it’s painful to lose a loved pet, it’s awesome knowing he’s no longer in pain. I hope he’s chasing fluffy rabbits all day long! :-)

Psychic Secrets: How Easily Stay Positive And Motivated No Matter What!

August 17, 2010 1 comment

“How do you stay so positive and motivated all the time, Blair?”

That’s one of the biggest and most often questions I get asked.

Well. Here’s a little secret: I get “down” and “blue” sometimes too.

But I’m going to share with you a SIMPLE secret that I use to not only combat negativity, but it can make you smart too!

Would you like to know what the secret is?

I read.

A LOT.

Now I’m not talking about newspapers, surfing forums or blogs.

I’m talking about systematically getting good and positive books and reading them.

Did you know that the average American reads LESS than one book a year?

That’s insane.

What’s that, you say? Books are expensive today?

Yes! I couldn’t agree more! Especially the new hardcovers…

…but you can borrow them for free from your local library.

There’s no excuse for not indulging richly in self-improvement.

My late friend Joe Marino once pointed out to me these amazing statistics…

The average self-help book is approximately 200 pages and contains 20 chapters, with each chapter having approximately 10 pages.

With that in mind, you could read 6.5 pages a DAY and read a complete self-help book each month.

Now, think about that. The average person you know doesn’t even read one book a YEAR… and you’d be reading a book every single MONTH.

And it would only take you a few minutes each and every day.

How much BETTER would your life be for doing so? The potential is incredible!

Could you read more? Of course you could! That would only put MORE powerful knowledge into your head.

My Personal Reading Schedule

I personally read on average about two books a week.

I read a bit every morning, depending on my schedule.

In the evening, I read for a minimum of one-hour, often more.

Now, it should be noted that I learned to speed read when I was younger, so I read faster than the average.

Let me also point out that with a self-help book, there are NO laws that say you have to read it from front to back. Often, you can skip parts that have no use at the current time.

Almost anything you are “stuck” with in life can be turned around with a little bit of self-education and improvement.

Try it. I challenge you to read a good self-improvement book over the next 14 days. I challenge you to give it a solid try and notice the improvements around you and the compliments YOU get for having a more positive outlook on things.

Here are some suggestions:

Having trouble with finances? Try “The Richest Man In Babylon” by George Clayson.

Are you feeling negative all the time? Try “The Power Of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale.

Are you being held back by fears? Try “Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway” by Susan Jeffers.

Not feeling confident? Read the “Ultimate Secrets Of Self Confidence” by my friend, Dr. Robert Anthony.

Lacking goals and direction? Try these great classics: “The Magic Of Believing,” by Claude M. Bristol and “The Magic Of Thinking Big,” by David J. Schwartz.

Lacking productivity? Try “Getting Things Done,” by David Allen.

Are you a hopeless procrastinator? “Eat That Frog,” by Brian Tracey will get you moving and feeling great.

Marriage troubles? Read “Courtship After Marriage,” by the amazing Zig Ziglar.

Want a master course in sales? “How To Master The Art Of Selling,” by Tom Hopkins is the best.

How do you manifest your dreams? “Creative Visualization For Beginners” by my friend Richard Webster will set you straight!

…and the list goes on!

Do it. Improve your life, eliminate negativity and invest in the most important thing you’ve got… YOU!

Larry King Retirement Psychic Prediction Proves True

June 29, 2010 3 comments

Breaking News: Larry King has announced he is officially retiring from his long running television show, Larry King Live.

But readers of Blair Robertson’s blog knew that. Months earlier, Blair Robertson predicted that Larry King would retire from the show.

Robertson, who makes his weekly predictions on his popular blog and in news releases to the media, has an uncanny track record of success, having predicted the Polish President plane crash, Tiger Woods car accident and fallout, earthquakes and much more.

“I’ve never claimed to be 100% accurate,” says Robertson, “but my accuracy level is to the degree that it spooks me out sometimes!”

Robertson considers his predictions as experimentation only.

Psychic Success Secrets: Thought Attraction

June 24, 2010 9 comments

Quick!

Right now!

Are you happy with the path you are on and… are you happy overall?

If you are not… here’s how you can turn it around… in just seconds! Really.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people suffer from negative thinking. Moving along, living unhappy lives.

Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.
Earl Nightingale

In my hypnosis show, I illustrate the power of repetitive suggestion in many comedic ways. For example, the volunteers might smell something terrible when I say a certain word.

What makes the demonstration interesting is that the more times I say the word, the stronger the reaction becomes.

Why? Because the more times you give your subconscious mind a suggestion (positive or negative/real or imagined), the stronger it becomes.

If you think negative all the time, you tend to attract negative things.

Think positive… and you attract positive things into your life.

It really works!

Psychic Success Secret: The Power Of Positive Thought Attraction!

What are you thinking about most? Are fears dominating your mind right now? Are you thinking about what you’ll lose? Failure? Poverty? Lack?

I assure you, that’s what you are attracting right now!

But with the simple act of CHANGING your dominant thoughts, you can (and will) attract positive things into your life.

Is it really that simple?

Yes. Yes it is!

Think about it. How would you rather spend your day? Thinking and worrying about all the bad things that could/might come your way… or would you prefer to seek out all the great things that will happen to you today?

And who do you think handles situations best? Negative people or positive people?

Your mind is a magnet. You can attract to yourself positive people and very good things with a positive attitude. Positive thoughts.

We can let circumstances rule us, or we can take charge and rule our lives from within.
Earl Nightingale

How fast can you change your attitude? Will it take weeks? No. Days? No. Hours? No again.

You can change your attitude right now… and see the results very soon after.

Give it a try.

I wish you success!

Bobby Jindal “Republican Voice” Prediction Proves True

June 2, 2010 2 comments

In the January 7th edition of the Washington Times ‘Inside The Beltway’, Jennifer Harper published my impressions regarding the Republican’s finding their “voice.”

“I predict that another voice will rise and join in harmonizing the Republicans: Bobby Jindal. It’s interesting — Bobby has a ‘Life Path’ number of one this year and is poised to make some serious waves in 2010. Number one indicates a new beginning and a fresh start,” he said.

“He has many interesting aspects about him, and ‘interesting’ is just what the party needs,” he added. “With all of the above said, I hasten to add that I get the impression that the surviving voice in the Republican Party may be yet to appear. I’ll certainly keep you updated as it’s revealed to me.”

Today, five months later, the media seems to agree!

The Wall Street Journal reports: “In Criticizing Cleanup, Jindal Finds His Voice”

Even CNN agrees: Jindal’s passion on spill is presidential

Many discounted Governor Jindal last year. Some even do today. But I fearlessly predict you will see and hear much more from this powerhouse in the months to come.

Of course, readers of this blog and Jennifer Harper’s column have known this all along!

How To Develop Your Psychic Intuition

May 13, 2010 5 comments

psychic intuition developmentOne of the most commonly asked questions I get is “Blair, how can I start to develop my psychic intuition?”

One of the very best ways is to simply start recording your intuitions as you get them.

I’m big on ceremony, so I recommend that you use something like a journal to do it. Make the journal special and use it ONLY to record your intuitions.

Currently, my favorite journal is called a Moleskine. Used by the likes of Ernest Hemmingway, at the very least it makes me feel like I’m smart!

I also use a fountain pen. No particular reason, but to me in conjures up images of wise scribes of days gone by.

Why You Should Record Your Impressions

There are two good reasons to record your impressions.

The first is because your mind will often mis-remember what you predicted. By writing it down and dating it, you can hold yourself better to account and it keeps you grounded.

Secondly, once you’ve written down your impressions, I strongly recommend you “forget” about them. Refuse to dwell on them. Like writing a shopping list, you free your mind for other things by doing so, and you can feel comfortable to know that the record will always be there.

Tips On Developing Psychic Intuition

Put aside logic. Intuition isn’t about logic. It’s about… intuition!

When you get an impression, simply record it in your journal.

When you first start doing this, in can seem daunting. Don’t let it be. Simply record your five senses when you get an impression. What do you see, hear, feel, smell or taste?

The sense of feeling is the hardest of all, but it is one of the strongest of your intuitional senses. If you feel ill-at-ease, mark down where you feel it. Is it in your stomach? Your chest? Throat? Just write it down.

Above all, don’t judge. You can verify the stuff later. Just get it down on paper.

Check Them Out For Accuracy!

Every week or so, go through your journal and see how your impressions turned out. Where you right? Were you wrong? More importantly… were you close?

I have much more thoughts I’d love to share, but I’ll leave it here for now.

Leave your feedback below…
