Q. Will my house sell in September? If not, when? H. M.
A. Yes.

Q. Me and my boyfriend dream of buying a house in the country, will it happen one day? I find his son lazy, will he ever find a job and keep it? S.M.P
A. Yes. His son is “lazy” because almost everything is given to him. He’ll stand on his own soon enough.

Q. I’m having a destination wedding in November and was wondering how many guests we will have and we are also trying to start a family so wondering how long after the wedding will that happen? love you on hot 89.9 Monday mornings by the way!!! BDV
A. Congratulations. Your closest friends and family will make it, some won’t due to finances. Don’t be disappointed as I predict it will be beautiful and you’ll have a wonderful time. Everyone will be there in spirit! Baby in one year. Thank you!

Q. I was wondering if my boyfriend and I will ever get married. It is something that I would really like but he has said in the past that he doesn’t believe in marriage. I would like to know so that I can decide what it is that I want – no marriage with him or move on (with my daughter). M.S.
A. Is marriage a condition of your happiness? If so, then the answer is clear. That said, I sense a caring and kind man who has an emotional block. I cannot decide for you.

Q. Will I be coming into money soon ? G.B.
A. Yes. In ten days.

Q. Due to a house fire, I also lost my business. There isn’t enough insurance money to rebuild it. I really need the income that I was to make from it. Will I receive enough money, somehow, to rebuild and restart the business? I’m torn between 2 types of business. Shall I pick #1 (original idea) or #2 which will be more profitable? K.E.
A. I’m sorry for your loss, but at least you were not hurt! You will rebuild the original eventually, so I would suggest going for the more profitable for now. Money doesn’t buy happiness but it will get you where you need to be faster and closer to your dreams. Go for it!

Q. Hi Blair, The quick snapshot questions. 1.Will I ever be rid of this often fatal disease I have? 2. Will I find a job that pays me more than what I’m worth. 3. And lastly will I ever get married? KLB
A. Can’t answer medical questions. No person will ever be paid more than they are worth. Yes, but you need to focus more on positive thinking and positive action in all areas of your life before that fully opens up. The good news is that you can make the decision to do so in less than a second, work at it daily and within days see amazing results. You are a beautiful person and deserve joy! Go and get it!

Q. I love reading your blogs! I like this guy a lot, and have liked him for the past year. We’re friends, but I don’t know if there is anything more to our relationship. I don’t know if there is a point in me liking him if this is going to go nowhere.. A.A.
A. I love the fact you read them! Thank you! You need to tell him your feelings because you are correct, it’s going nowhere until you do. Have courage and faith in yourself because if he doesn’t jump at the opportunity, well, that would be too bad! Good luck!

Q. Will the lawsuit from my XXX be completed before the end of 2010? B.R.
A. My impression is yes, but it will be right down to the wire. Best of luck.

Q. My in-laws wrongly suspected me stealing their wedding money 6 years ago and , when I visited them last week, they made me feel that they still think that I did it. BUT , I DID NOT.I am the most honest person on earth. Please tell me what to do to clear this mess. DO THEY REALLY THINK THAT I STOLE THEIR MONEY?? REALLY?? Thank you Blair Mrs C.
A. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do except walk with your head high. Life is terribly unfair at times, and this is one of those situations. Remember Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote: “Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.” I’d avoid them or just ignore the bad vibes. Move on. Life is short.

Q. I am moving into Ottawa in 2 days…my question is will I find someone who will love me and be with me for awhile? More important could he be the one? Thank you for your time and consideration. J.F.
A. Yes, in good time. Get settled first, and then put yourself out there. I’m sensing that you’re hanging on to baggage from your past. It’s time to let that go. This new move is PERFECT for you and I’m glad you did it. Leave the old place and baggage behind and start out new, fresh and enthusiastic. Ottawa is a great town.

Q. Will I be getting a puppy? Teresa
A. YES! And she will bring much happiness to you!

Q. My marriage is having problems because of infertility. Will we be able to work thourgh this? Will we be able to have a family one day? “Hoping”
A. No. Your marriage is having challenges AND you are having difficulty with your pregnancy. Get that straight. That’s the bad (and blunt) news. The good news? Yes, I feel you will work through your challenges, which will relax the both of you and… well, you know the rest. Do not give up. But don’t fake yourself out either, okay? Best wishes to you.

Q. I’ve had multiple miscarriages. One after another. My husband wants to adopt, but I don’t want to. Will I ever have kids of my own? “Desperate”
A. Unfortunately I sense that you will not be able to have children through pregnancy. However, I do see you with children down the road. It will take you a bit of time to overcome the sadness, but you will. I strongly sense that you were meant for motherhood and believe firmly that your heart will change towards adoption. You, your husband and deserving children will find amazing happiness.

Q. I have a website that I have been working for 5 years. Am I crazy to keep trying to build this or will it finally work out for me. Is there anything I can do that I am not doing right now. Happy D.
A. My impression is that you are boxed in. Limited by your own hand. I see talent in a jar on a high shelf in the back. No good to nobody. Keep the business, open your mind and get working on another online business. Or two. Break free. I mean it. You’ve got so much talent you just need to broaden your horizons. You can easily handle multiple sites. Just do it and thrive. You’ve earned it. Good luck and best wishes!
